Kara Maria's New San Francisco Mural

Kara Maria's first completed mural, Blue into Black, is a celebration of the Vaquita Porpoise. The Vaquita Porpoise is found only in Northern Mexico's Gulf of California and is the world's smallest and most endangered cetacean. The mural itself is 10 x 45 feet, hand painted with acrylic and acrylic spray paint on stucco and was sponsored by the San Francisco Arts Commission's StreetSmARTs Program.
